    • Remove political parties from all ballots

Submitted by Steve Moyer on Jan 02, 2008. Delete issue | Approve issue

The proposal is to remove any mention of political parties on any electoral ballot by amending either the State, Federal or both Constitutions. This would remove any advantage party candidates receive by their association with the party. Only the names of candidates would appear on ballots.

    • Referendums should display the vote count only after the person has voted.

Submitted by Karl Hansen on Feb 28, 2006. Delete issue | Approve issue

Showing the votes before a person votes may sway how they vote. Displaying the vote count after they vote will cause a more natural vote.

    • Include RSS feeds for Ballots

Submitted by Alex Bosworth on Feb 27, 2006. Delete issue | Approve issue

There should be an RSS feed for every ballot, to make staying current on new issues really easy.

I suggest just being able to add &format=rss to the end of the URL to get the RSS feed, and adding in some special namespace to include the number of votes on an item.
